Becoming present with my breathing

I do this several times a day.

I stop and pay attention to my breath,

how it arrives

and

how it leaves my body.

I pay attention to the pause in between.

This pause gives me a sense of spaciousness.

The time pauses,

and then,

a new cycle starts again.

Is like being reborn with each new inbreath.
