Cancellation policy
Please give me as much notice as possible so I can have a chance to rebook your slot. If this is not possible, you can gift your appointment to a friend or family member. I will ask for full payment for any appointment cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. I appreciate that in some circumstances this may not be appropriate, ie. you have gone into labour.
