Format
This childbirth preparation course is very flexible and it adapts to you.
The complete course consists of 4 sessions of approximately 3 hours each.

The sessions are independent but complementary.
For a complete preparation it is recommended to do all the sessions, but you can also do individual sessions according to your interest, moment and convenience.
Each session is designed so that you can get the most out of it, so that you can take charge of any situation that might occur, with evidence-based and up-to-date information.

There is the possibility of doing the course in a group, but in reality, each couple has different needs and that is why I usually share it individually. To do this, I go to the couple's home and you get full personalized attention in a relaxed and familiar environment.
